Cancellation policy

Some products in our store are available for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you are securing an item that is not yet in stock but will be delivered as soon as production is complete.

All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. This allows us to plan production efficiently and reserve your unit.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has shipped by contacting our support team. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
