Refund policy

We stand by the craftsmanship and quality of the Neccst Coffee Grinder. Due to the precision nature of our product, we maintain a firm return policy to ensure every unit shipped maintains the integrity our customers expect.

Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, the product must meet all the following criteria:

  • Unused and in like-new condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping

Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Costs

All return shipping, insurance, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at fynn@neccst.com. Please include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We'll work with you promptly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Damaged returns due to improper packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without justification. All other conditions stated above apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
