Shipping policy

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, NECCST will select a suitable shipping method and carrier at its reasonable discretion. Orders are typically fulfilled using a professional logistics service.

If the customer is a business, NECCST is only responsible for the timely and proper handover of goods to the shipping provider and is not liable for delays caused during transit. Any stated delivery times (from handover to the shipping provider until arrival at the customer) are non-binding estimates.

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss, damage, or destruction of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery or, in the case of refusal of acceptance, when the customer is in default of acceptance. In all other cases — particularly for business customers — risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider.

If NECCST has contractually agreed to perform additional services such as setup, installation, or assembly, risk is transferred only after these services are completed and the goods are handed over at the agreed location and time.

NECCST insures all shipments against standard transport risks at no additional cost to the customer.
