Warranty
We provide a manufacturer's warranty on all NECCST products, in addition to your statutory warranty rights.
Warranty Period
- Within the EU and Europe: 2 years
- Outside Europe: 1 year
The warranty period begins on the date you receive your product.
What's Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If such a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair the product or replace the affected components free of charge.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from improper handling, drops, third-party modifications, or wear parts under normal use. For the NECCST Scale, damage caused by submersion in water or the use of aggressive cleaning agents is excluded.
Making a Claim
Just reach out to us at info@neccst.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll handle the process quickly and without hassle. All components are available as spare parts.
Your Statutory Rights
This manufacturer's warranty does not limit your statutory warranty rights. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt also applies.
